Bubble Egg began in Houston in December 2017, bringing the joy of authentic Hong Kong egg waffles to Texas. Inspired by the lively street snacks of Hong Kong and the warmth of Texas, we created a place where cultures meet, flavors excite, and every visit feels like a brighter day.
